JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues email, and chat.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Conduct user training sessions to empower customers with product knowledge.
  • Continuously improve support processes and documentation based on customer feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer interaction.
REQUIREMENT

Age: Minimum is 18 years and the Maximum age limit is 40 years.
Experience: Freshers or Experience
Education: Any Degree 
Salary: Market Standard
