JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues email, and chat.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Conduct user training sessions to empower customers with product knowledge.
- Continuously improve support processes and documentation based on customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer interaction.
REQUIREMENT

Experience: Freshers or Experience
